But........
I've had a rash of anonymous comments lately, about 20+ a day, so I'm back to having my settings that won't allow comments unless you are a registered user. Do spammers really have nothing better to do with their time? And does their relentless badgering really work on anyone? (I guess it does, they are still at it)
Have a fantabulous weekend everyone.

Just a little test from a tried and tested commenter...
ReplyDeleteHmm, I've been having the same problem and set mine to moderate. Does making them have to be a registered user help? I'm tired of all the spam.
ReplyDeleteI haven't had any spam comments since I switched, so I guess it's working. Tom suggested changing my preferences to no accept anonymous comments, I'm going to check that out.
DeleteYou gotta do what you gotta do! When do you want me to get that lamb? Mine are growing and frolicking. I can't imagine having as many as you do.
ReplyDeleteYou gotta do what you gotta do. When do you want me to pick up that little ram? My lambs are growing and frolicking. I can't imagine having as many lambs as you do. I love my small flock.
ReplyDeleteI can't imagine having this many lambs next year....I have got to get my numbers down. ugh. Love them, but I think I could love them just as much if there were less of them. lol
DeleteIago was born on April 2nd, and I generally wean lambs at 10-12 weeks, so that's going to be the week of June 10th. You can pick him up anytime after that. Where are you located?
All you really need to do is block anonymous comments from your preferences. I did it, and now I only get comments from about 10 people - lonely, but safe.
ReplyDeleteThanks Tom. I'll take a closer look at my preferences to see if I can change my settings there.
ReplyDeleteI don't always comment, but I do read your blog!!
